ANNA QUAN offers a flexible return policy for full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. We accept returns for a refund or store credit provided the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure the items are unworn and unwashed, then securely place them in their original packaging including all designer labels and hygiene seals.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Final Processing

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
